By placing an order with SORÉANE, you agree to the terms outlined below.


SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 6 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Peak shipping periods

  • Local delivery disruptions

SORÉANE does not guarantee delivery dates.


Free Shipping

SORÉANE offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $40 USD.

From time to time, we may also offer free shipping promotions on selected products, bundles, collections, or special offers, regardless of order value.

All promotional shipping offers are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

SORÉANE cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Incomplete addresses

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed packages

If an order is returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

SORÉANE is committed to ensuring a positive customer experience.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team at contact@soreane.com.

While SORÉANE cannot guarantee carrier performance once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in investigating delivery issues.

Any replacement shipment, store credit, or refund will be reviewed and determined on a case-by-case basis following the carrier's investigation.

SORÉANE is not responsible for packages lost due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unopened.

  • The product must be unused.

  • The original safety seal must remain intact.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.


Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control standards applicable to skincare products, SORÉANE maintains a strict return policy.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds will be refused if:

  • The product has been opened.

  • The safety seal has been broken.

  • The product has been used.

  • The product has been tested.

  • The packaging has been damaged.

  • The product has been altered in any way.

  • The product is returned in a condition that prevents resale.

Any opened cosmetic or skincare product is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.


Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SORÉANE does not provide prepaid return labels and does not reimburse:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Handling fees

  • Any expenses associated with returning an order

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as SORÉANE cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs of the shipping packaging

Failure to report the issue within 48 hours of delivery may result in the claim being denied.


Refund Approval

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

SORÉANE reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on compliance with this policy.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed and prepared for shipment.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
